You may have heard of the Blaser F3 at the local shooting club or even at the winner’s circle at a competition, but does it live up to the hype?
The Blaser F3 brings all the aesthetics and functionality of German design to the sporting world. It is known for a sleek, simplistic, design and modularity.
Like other Blaser firearms, the F3 is a modular design where one can change almost every feature without a gunsmith. The barrels, forearm, and stock are all easily interchangeable. For example, a 32” mid-rib barrel can be swapped for a 28” low-rib barrel to fit a wide array of disciplines. If one later decides to outfit with a higher grade of wood, the stock and forearm can easily be changed.
The Blaser F3 barrels are even interchangeable in caliber. For example a 32” 12 gauge mid-rib Vantage barrel is interchangeable with a 32” mid-rib .410. It is simple as taking off the forearm, barrels, and install the new .410 barrel set and it is ready to shoot.
As displayed in our Youtube video, it is a swift and painless process to adapt the F3 to a new configuration. The barrels are also weighted to create the same balance and feel between different caliber barrels of the same length and style.

Blaser sporting shotguns are also prepared for a barrel balancer as well as a stock balancer. Once the gun is fit to your liking, changing calibers will retain the same feel and swing to keep busting clays.

Overall, the Blaser F3 is a phenomenal shotgun for the sporting enthusiast. It’s not just one gun for a single shooting discipline, but a platform fit for a lifetime of use.
